Define the purpose
Explain the problem solved by the screen and who can access it.
List the states
Document the initial, loading, empty, success, and error states.
Describe transitions
State where actions lead and what the user keeps between screens.
Supporting material
Final pages can include screenshots, component specifications, and links to the relevant flows.
